Due to a change in our marketing and promotion strategy, this page has been revamped.
Under this new strategy all of Billys Cd's, and single releases, will be available to the public as a "Free" download. Though it is not required, we would ask that if you download a song, or CD, and you enjoy it, you plan to keep it, and listen to it, that you make a donation to Billy Darnell Music. If you dont like it, simply delete the song, or CD, nothing ventured, nothing lost. If you dont care for all the songs, but liked 2 or 3 of them, make a donation based on that factor.
Donations of any size would be deeply appreciated. A donation button for PayPal will be posted on the page, or you can send your donations to, " billydarnellmusic@charter.net ". The public, Radio Stations, and Dj's, can download an entire CD (along with all the art work from the original CD package ), or just a song. This open license to download the music free of charge is open to the public, Radio Stations, and the DJ's only (Those DJ's from countries requiring that the station have a hard copy of the Cd on site can now replicate a hard copy for their files.), and not for resale ( See below ).
It is our hope that by implimenting this type of system that it will allow the public to experience Billy's music, with no risk, and there by increase our fan base much more quickly than the traditional methods we have used in the past. It will also allow the fans to try out the CD, only keep what they like, and hopefully make a donation that reflects that.
Another benefit will be that DJ's world wide now have direct access to all of Billy's songs and wont have to wait for the next compilation Cd to come in the mail, or be available through the Internet, via email. Another benefit is we wont be clogging up the Radio Stations, and DJ's, mail boxes with bulky Mp3's.
We believe this strategy benefits everyone involved in the process, and though it will be based upon the honor system, it is our hope that everyone will embrace it and help us to keep the music flowing.

Albums and New Releases
If you are a retailer that has a small shop, or store, and would like to Replicate, and sell copies of Billy Darnell's CD's, if you contact us, and provide the company name of your store, the owners name, location, phone number (including the area code ) you can be reached at, and the number of copies you plan to initially replicate, and offer for sale, we will issue you a written license to offer the CD's for resale. This would be done on an honor system type arrangement, with the suggested retail being $10, and a 50/50 split of all proceeds.
